Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a full-time entry-level position perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in client relations.

As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing, understanding their needs and concerns, and working to address them in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts remotely - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide exceptional customer service at all times - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
