Remote Client Relations Representative

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This full-time associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving client issues, conducting regular check-ins with clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.

In addition to your responsibilities in client relations, you will also be responsible for planning and adapting to meet the needs of our clients effectively. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently while also being a team player.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
