Job Description:
The Client Relations Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in Lausanne, Vaud, CH will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of energy and resilience, as well as excellent time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide clients with relevant information about insurance products and services, and assist them in making informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate channels - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and retention - Meet or exceed performance targets related to client engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - Insurance industry experience is a plus
