Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Essendant is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide feedback to the sales team on client preferences and trends in the market - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong planning and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the industry and market trends - Fluent in English and German
