Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist at Citizens Financial Group in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Track and report on client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service offerings - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Fluency in English and German is preferred
