Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions with clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with top-notch service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual setting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
