Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Corning is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service roles. As a Remote Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and any account-related issues. 3. Maintain client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Conduct analysis to identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services. 7. Use persuasion techniques to encourage clients to upgrade services or products. 8. Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the client service team. 9. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Hardworking and confident individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. 4. Strong persuasion skills to influence client decisions. 5. Previous experience in a client service role is required. 6. Proficient in using virtual communication tools and platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 8. Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
