Client Service Assistant

We are currently seeking a hardworking and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing client accounts and relationships - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Prepare and present reports to clients on a regular basis - Assist with resolving any issues or concerns that may arise - Participate in client meetings and negotiations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Fluency in English and German - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
