Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the Client Service Manager in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Client Service Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. 5. Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes. 6. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve service quality. 7. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to clients. 10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9. Ability to adapt to change and learn new tools and technologies quickly. 10. Fluency in English and French.
