Client Service Associate

Job Description:

U.S. Bancorp, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service -Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, updating account information, and resolving any issues that may arise -Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests -Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and presentations -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information -Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements: -4 years of experience in client service roles within the financial services industry -Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic -Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients -Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
