Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for providing excellent customer service and a high level of motivation are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing client relationships remotely, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferences - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts, products, and services - Identify and address client concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Utilize emotional intelligence and creativity to understand and meet the unique needs of each client - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional client service - Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Creative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
