Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Use strong communication and emotional intelligence skills to build rapport with clients and resolve any issues that may arise - Utilize company equipment and systems to effectively manage client relationships and track progress - Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism - Proficient in using technology and company software systems - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Motivated and reliable with a commitment to providing top-notch customer service
