Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry. We are looking for an independent and dedicated individual who possesses excellent cooperation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Manage client inquiries and provide accurate and efficient responses - Conduct research to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery - Assist in the development of client service strategies and processes - Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client service within the financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus)
