Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at Harman International Industries in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding matters - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Resilient and independent with the ability to work well under pressure - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
