DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup and training - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients - Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
