Remote Client Support Associate

Job description: EMS-Chemie Holding AG is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Basel, Switzerland. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for candidates who are resourceful, confident, and eager to learn. The Remote Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This includes addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary 3. Providing product information and support to clients 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Collaborating with team members to improve client support processes 6. Conducting research to identify potential client needs and preferences 7. Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support role 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Strong research skills and the ability to gather relevant information 5. People management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 8. Fluency in English and German is preferred
