Remote Client Support Associate

Amphenol, a global leader in the interconnect industry, is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join their team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This fulltime position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.

As a Remote Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will troubleshoot technical issues, address client inquiries and concerns, and ensure timely resolution of all client issues. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to support client requests and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable and driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. You should be innovative in your approach to client support and possess excellent people management skills.
