Job Description:
Allstate, a leading insurance company, is currently seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
As a Client Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the main point of contact for clients, acting as a liaison between them and various departments within the company. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and recommend solutions - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products - Track and report on client satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
