Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team at Penske Automotive Group. This is a full-time, work from home position located in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland, with a seniority level of Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Identify and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of prospective clients. 8. Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Driven and resilient personality traits. 4. Problem-solving and leadership soft skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
