Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Perform data analysis to identify trends and suggest improvements in the client support process - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data - 3+ years of experience in a client support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
