Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team at Pacific Life in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings. 3. Assist clients with account set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate any unresolved issues as necessary. 5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 6. Conduct client training sessions and presentations as needed to promote product knowledge and usage. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve client support strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. 4. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. 7. Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
