Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at CST Brands. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and passionate personality. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills are a must for this position.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and providing them with information and assistance - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges for customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus)
