Job Description:
Autoliv is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a key member of our organization, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and enhance overall customer experience. - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while striving to meet and exceed goals. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and development. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management. - Proven ability to conduct research and analyze data to drive decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
