Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at Parker-Hannifin in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various communication channels. This role is fulltime and will involve working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain customer records and update information in the company database - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer concerns and provide necessary follow-up

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Negotiation skills and adaptability as soft skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Travel opportunities may be available as part of the benefits package
