Land O’Lakes is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, CH. This is a full-time work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, have a strong aptitude for strategic planning, and possess excellent people management skills.
As a Contact Center Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and KPIs - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Contact Center Representative will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and provide input on process improvements. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
