Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Contact Center Specialist at NCR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. You will work remotely from Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, and will be an integral part of our contact center team. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Leadership skills and people management abilities - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
