Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests to ensure timely resolution. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Assist in implementing customer service policies and procedures. 7. Communicate product information and updates to customers. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer care role. 2. Excellent project management skills. 3. Strong presentation skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
