Job Description:
Zimmer Biomet is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This position is full-time and offers the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of the customer care team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 8+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus
