Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

McKesson is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
