Job description:
As a Customer Care Officer at Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a work from home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate is energetic, dedicated, innovative, and has excellent time management skills. This is an entry-level position with a requirement for at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work full-time from a remote location - Energetic and dedicated personality traits
