Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative at Hartford Financial Services Group will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This individual will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets. 9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confident and reliable personality traits. 4. Analytical and persuasion soft skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 8. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). 9. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
