Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and demonstrate a resourceful and hardworking mindset.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes - Utilizing creativity and innovation to enhance the overall customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Supporting other departments as needed to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Creativity and innovation in finding solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
