Remote Customer Service Assistant

Genworth Financial is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong soft skills such as persuasion and adaptability.

As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing support to the sales team.

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
