Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Kühne + Nagel in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist them with any inquiries, issues, or feedback they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing accurate information to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in our system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining customer records and information accurately. 7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software. 7. Fluency in English and German, French is a plus.
