Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at Mattel in Basel, Switzerland. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Detail-oriented and organized - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strategic planning and analysis skills - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
