Job Description - Customer Service Associate


Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and account changes - Processing policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Providing support to customers throughout the claims process - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Participating in project management activities to improve customer service processes


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience in project management is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
