Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Swatch Group is seeking a talented Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a mid-to-senior level role, we require a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, have strong presentation skills, and be adaptable to changing situations.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Oversee customer service operations to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and issues - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
