Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Officer at PPL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Stay informed about company products and services - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Ensure customer confidentiality and data security at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
