Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Emsa Technology AG is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Zurich, CH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide product information and technical support when needed - Assist with order processing and shipment tracking - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Fluency in English and German - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
