Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain accurate customer records and databases - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer relationships - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resourceful personality - Persuasion and presentation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
