Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements and accommodations - Providing support for any issues or complaints that may arise - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Managing and executing various projects to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
