Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Landis+Gyr Group AG in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a full-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a combination of energetic and reliable personality traits.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Conduct research and investigate customer concerns to provide effective solutions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote environment - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and research skills
