Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Airgas is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our system. 3. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find innovative solutions for customers. 6. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. 5. Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6.
