Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

ConAgra Foods is currently seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives - Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs - Excellent cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong planning skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in the food industry is a plus
