Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job description:


Edison International is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Geneva, CH. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, resilient, and possesses excellent communication and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer concerns and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Assist with billing and invoicing inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Team player with a strong sense of cooperation - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
