Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor customer feedback and trends to make data-driven recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success initiatives - Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for customers - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resilient and passionate attitude towards delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
