Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at Liebherr Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success. You will work remotely from home, but will be expected to collaborate with team members located in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company products and processes
Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
