Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Representative at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and energetic, with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent potential issues - Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
