Job Description: Apache, a leading company in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Assistant to join our team. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with market research and analysis - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
