Job Description:
Hanesbrands is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels. This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience and possessing a hardworking and driven personality.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Provide product information and assist customers with their purchases. 3. Process orders and handle returns efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
